Information on Integration into Clever Space
Hello. Thank you to all customers who have used EzShare. EzShare will be discontinued as of November 1, 2026, and data sharing services will be provided through Clever Space going forward.
Service Termination Schedule
- Service Availability: Until October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM (UTC-5)
- Service Termination (End of Access and New Sign-ups): From November 1, 2026, 12:00 AM (UTC-5)
- Download Availability for Existing Shared Data: Until November 14, 2026, 11:59PM
(limited to shared data created by October 31, 2026) (UTC-5)
Reason for Service Termination
- To provide a more stable service and enhanced features, data sharing services will be integrated and operated through Clever Space.
- Data sharing and collaboration features will be available through Clever Space going forward.
Service Termination Notice
- EzShare will be available until October 31, 2026. From November 1, 2026, access to the service and new sin-up will no longer be available.
- Shared data created by October 31, 2026 can be downloaded from the web for up to two weeks under the existing sharing policy, until November 14, 2026.
- Some information may be retained for the required period in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Customer Actions Required
- Shared data created by October 31, 2026 can be downloaded from the web until November 14, 2026.
- If you need to use data sharing services in the future, please use Clever Space.
About Clever Space
- To continue using data sharing services after EzShare is discontinued, please use Clever Space.
- Clever Space delivers a more powerful experience with enhanced features such as a web-based viewer and secure data storage.
- Clever Space offers both free and paid plans, allowing you to choose the plan that best fits your use.
