I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

The password reset process is as follows:

1. Go to the OneID login page (https://oneid.cleverspacecloud.com), and then click [Find Password].
    
   
   
2. Enter the email account information for which you want to reset the password, and then click [Send Instructions].
   (Clicking the button sends a password reset email.)
    
   
   
3. Open the password reset email in your inbox, and then click [Reset Password].
    
   
   
4. Enter a new password, and then click [Submit] to complete the password change.
