Product Description
- OneID is Vatech Networks’ unified account management service.
- OneID currently supports integration with EzCloud only, and additional services will be added in the future.
Depending on their role, OneID users are classified as below, and EzCloud uses these roles accordingly.

Known issue
- Issue where the default language setting in Privacy Request is set to English instead of the browser's default language.
New Features
- Added a customer portal to view OneID and EzCloud information and announcements.
- Added popup notifications for OneID and EzCloud.
- Added forms to receive privacy requests.
Improvements
- Improved to require viewing the terms before agreeing to them.
- Improved to display a maintenance page during service maintenance.
Defects Resolved
Fixed an issue where restriction conditions and descriptions for sign-up fields were displayed only in English.
Fixed an issue where changing the language while editing account information reset the value entered in the Name field.
Fixed an issue where logging in with another account after deleting an organization redirected to the Delete Organization page.
Fixed an issue where entering a valid email during member sign-up displayed the “Already in use” message.
Removed Features
Removed the Back button from the password reset page.
