To request a refund, contact Customer Support at cleverspace_pay@ewoosoft.com and provide your OneID account and transaction number. Refund eligibility and the refund amount will be reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Once the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
