Used storage is calculated based on the total size of Patient data, shared data, order data, and attachments stored in the organization. During this process, Clever Space optimizes and stores image data to improve data storage and transfer performance. As a result, additional management information may be stored together with the original files, which may cause a difference between the size of the files uploaded by the customer and the actual amount of storage used. Therefore, the storage usage displayed in the Customer Portal is calculated based on the amount of data actually stored in Clever Space, rather than simply the size of the uploaded files.
Note: Deleted data is excluded from storage usage after system processing, and it may take some time for the change to be reflected.
